	HOW TO CONTACT US Due to the specialty nature of our business, it is not uncommon for us to spend 30 - 45 minutes helping a single customer. Because of this, our phone line is dedicated to helping those who may need assistance in choosing the right items for their dogs, for order placement, and for appointment scheduling only. All other inquiries are handled via email including return/exchange requests, repair information and solicitations of any kind. This will help us keep things running as smoothly as possible. Due to time constraints, we can no longer take off menu requests through our website. Examples of 'off menu' requests would be: • A change in the stud or ornament pattern on any of our items • A change in the mechanical structure of any of our items • Products, materials or colors that you don't currently see in the shop • Reproduction of someone else's work, especially that of a modern maker That being said, most of the items in our shop come with several color, hardware, buckle and lining options. All available options are located in the drop down menus on each item listing. Name plates can still be added to most of our designs, as long as there's enough room to squeeze one on there.
