Ready to Wear Return Policy
RETURNS:  All RTW items can be returned for a full refund of purchase price (less shipping fees) within 14 days of receipt.  We do not refund shipping fees for any reason.

EXCHANGES:  If you'd like to exchange your RTW item, the cost of the RTW item will be applied toward the cost of the new item.
• All items must be in like new condition and must be returned in their original packaging.
• Any items that show signs of wear are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Generally speaking, putting a collar on your dog and letting him/her trot around the house to check the fit will not create any significant signs of wear.
• Any item that is returned to us in unsatisfactory condition will either be returned to you or donated to a local rescue group.  No refund shall be given on these items.
